This general information is provided in compliance with Legislative Decree 196 of 30 June 2003, “Code concerning the protection of personal data” (hereinafter the “Law”) (pursuant to Law no. 675/1996), to those who consult the www.locman.it website (hereinafter WEBSITE).

Data controller When consulting the WEBSITE, data pertinent to identified or identifiable persons may be processed. The controller of such data is LOCMAN S.p.A.. Navigation data During normal operation, the IT systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with identified individuals but by its nature, once processed and connected to data held by third parties, it may enable identification of users if explicitly required by the Judicial Authority.

This information constitutes the connections register. This data is used by Locman S.p.A. for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information about site usage and to check its correct functioning. The connections register is then kept at the disposal of the Judicial Authority and shown only upon explicit request. Data provided voluntarily by the user The data is collected for the purpose of registering users and providing them with requested assistance and communication services, and will be processed electronically in accordance with applicable laws.
Liberty to provide data Apart from what has been specified for navigation data, the user is free to provide or not the personal data required from time to time by Locman S.p.A. but failure to do so will make it impossible to provide the services requested. Rights of interested parties Users who provide personal data are entitled, at any time, to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of such data and to know the content and origin, verify its accuracy or request its integration, modification, or correction, in accordance with Art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003. Pursuant to this same article, users are also entitled to request cancellation, conversion to an anonymous form, or blocking of data processed unlawfully, and in any case to oppose processing for legitimate reasons.
