Art, culture and social commitment of the Locman Group during the 2006 Summer

Locman Group, that ever since devoted great attention to art, social commitment and initiatives to promote the culture of the beloved Tuscany, enthusiastically participated in the charity art show entitled "Passion Pour La Vie”, promoted by Antoine Gaber, a worldwide known Impressionist artist, committed to the struggle against cancer.

A preview of this art show will be presented on June 14, 2006 within the gorgeous framework of the “Terrazza Brunelleschi” of the Grand Hotel Baglioni in Florence, by an opening grand gala evening offered by the Locman Group. It will give the opportunity to collect funds for the program “Passion Pour La Vie”, that for this Italian round decided to destine the takings to the oncology department of the Meyer Children’s Hospital in Florence.

The Florentine Summer will be thus enriched by a fascinating art exhibition that, thanks to the assistance of the Biennial Exhibition of Contemporary Art, will gather as protagonists, apart from Antoine Gaber, outstanding artists, such as the Spanish sculptress Marta Solsona and the Mexican sculptress Diana Cavillo.

The art exhibition will be open to the public daily from June 14 to September 30, 2006. The sculptures shown will be exhibited on a permanent basis for 15 days and later on replaced with the works by other worldwide known artists.
