LOCMAN ITALY PRESENTS AERONAUTICA, THE NEW WATCH WITH THE PRESTIGIOUS EMBLEM OF THE ARMED FORCES.

Locman Group presents the new Aeronautica models. They embody the ongoing cooperation between Locman Italy and the AERONAUTICA MILITARE in the exclusive creation of timepieces bearing the coat-of-arms of the Armed Forces stamped on the dial.

Designed and produced according to the technical specifications required for aeronautical use including extreme aerobatics, the new Aeronautica models are inspired by the first aviation models, reinventing the designs in order to offer avant-garde watches combining classical shapes with state-of-the-art materials such as carbon fibre and titanium.

The standard Aeronautica watch is driven by a mechanical self-winding movement housed within a round, ultra-light and extremely ergonomic steel and titanium three-part case with back secured by screws. The distinctive scratch-resistant mineral glass set into the base comes in colours matching the dial.

The carbon fibre dial with stamped Arabic numerals features the AERONAUTICA MILITARE pennant at 12 o’clock, along with the customary date display at 3 o’clock. The dial features an additional deflector ring with a second time-zone indication shown by stamped Arabic numerals. The twin-time function is adjustable by means of the crown at 9 o’clock. The larger than usual hands enable optimal readability of the time even in extreme conditions.

The hand-crafted leather strap makes an ideal fit on the wrist thanks to two additional lugs secured to the case, while the personalised Locman pin buckle is made of steel.

The new Aeronautica line also comes in versions with an analog-digital or quartz chronograph movement. Each model in the Aeronautica collection is issued in a limited series of 3000.
